Ensure prompt client service by directing inquiries to vehicle sales or appropriate departments and providing support during wait times. Manage the dealership relationship system by inserting client data, updating records, and controlling the sales order queue. Answer the PBX, route calls, manage client schedules and visits, and create fair attendance schedules for sales staff. Control vehicle keys for test drives, used cars, and showroom inventory; request materials and manage the showroom environment, including receiving orders and mail. Execute assigned tasks from immediate management.
