Job Summary
Night Auditor/Recepcionista de Noche en Barceló Emperatriz: responsible for check-in/check-out, nightly auditing (cierres diarios, control de caja y generación de reportes), customer service via in-person and phone, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth start to the day. Includes concierge duties, reservations review, and additional tasks assigned by the head of reception. Required Qualifications
- Formación: Grado Superior o Universitario en Turismo
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en puesto similar
- Inglés alto; otros idiomas valorados
- Conocimientos en ofimática, CRM, normativa ISO
