Conduct initial client reception, handle phone support, and register new clients while assisting veterinarians to meet satisfaction expectations. Manage electronic veterinary scheduling and maintain the work environment by organizing equipment. Refer clients to the center of aesthetics and pharmacy whenever requested. Ensure all interactions follow company standards and successfully deliver the Petz welcome experience. Requires high school diploma, technical training preferred, and proficiency with operating systems and Excel. Schedule includes 6x1 or 12x36 rotation.
