Orient families regarding procedures, hours, guides, and therapist changes. Follow up on guide release requests with the telemedicine team. Organize physical and digital medical records to ensure confidentiality and information accuracy. Report any incidents, absences, delays, or atypical clinical situations to supervision and coordination. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to maintain unit operations and participate in team meetings to propose improvements and align internal flows.
