Guide families on procedures, hours, guides, and therapist exchanges, while tracking medical guide releases with the telemedicine team. Organize physical and digital medical records ensuring confidentiality and information updates, and report any occurrences to supervision and coordination. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to maintain unit operations and participate in team meetings to propose improvements and ensure internal alignment.
