Record patient entries and exits in the SIGO system, validating biometric data. Confirm arrivals, rescheduling, and absences while updating control spreadsheets. Orient families regarding procedures, hours, guides, and therapist exchanges. Follow up on medical guide releases with the telemedicine team. Organize physical and digital medical records to ensure confidentiality and information accuracy. Report any incidents, delays, conflicts, or atypical clinical situations to supervision and coordination. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to maintain unit operations and participate in team meetings to propose improvements and ensure internal alignment.
