Register patient entries and exits in the SIGO system while validating biometric data. Confirm presences, reschedule appointments, and update control spreadsheets. Orient families regarding procedures, hours, guides, and therapist exchanges. Follow up on guide release requests with the telemedicine team. Organize physical and digital medical records ensuring confidentiality and information currency. Communicate any incidents, delays, conflicts, or atypical clinical situations to supervision and coordination. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to maintain unit operations and participate in team meetings to propose improvements and ensure internal alignment.
