Orient families regarding procedures, hours, guides, and therapist exchanges. Follow up on guide release requests with the telemedicine team. Organize physical and digital medical records to ensure confidentiality and information accuracy. Communicate any incidents, such as absences or clinical anomalies, to supervision and coordination. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to maintain unit operations and participate in team meetings to propose improvements.
