Job Summary
Join Tidewell Hospice's Nurse Residency program as a Recent Grad RN, designed for individuals with less than 1 year of RN experience. Participants will engage in a structured 12-month training program with a 3:1 nurse resident to clinical coach ratio, including weekly classroom education and practical experience under hospice clinical coaches. The role requires an ASN or BSN degree, current RN license, valid CPR certification, and a commitment to compassionate patient care. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.
Required Qualifications
- Less than 1 year of RN experience
- ASN or BSN degree from an accredited program
- Current Florida RN License or multi-state compact license
- Valid CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- Valid driver’s license
- Proof of insurance
- Means of transportation
- Medical clearance for communicable diseases
- Up-to-date immunizations
Desired Qualifications
- Clinical experience with hospice or ALF patients
