Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed driver opportunity in the western region with System Transport. Transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on regional and OTR flatbed routes. Training available for recent CDL-A graduates during the promotion period through May 31, 2026. Home time varies by division; this role is Division 290 with specific terminal in Kansas City, MO. Equipment includes flatbed trailers; drivers must tarp loads and meet physical requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience (Recent CDL-A Graduates: no experience required—we will train you)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- A Clean Drug Test required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tarping loads)
