Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed truck driver opportunity on regional and OTR routes with System Transport. Transport a variety of load types (glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, specialty metals) in a flatbed fleet. Training offered for recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Competitive pay: weekly and annual pay ranges, with additional accessorial pay (tarps, stops, detention, border crossing, tarp-related loads), and a transition package including orientation pay. Home time includes weekends off for a 34-hour reset; division-specific home-time varies. Benefits include health, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k) with matching, life insurance, PTO accrual, and more. Requirements include valid Class A CDL, age 21+, safe driving record, background check, drug test, and ability to lift tarps (90 pounds) for ~70% of loads during orientation. Eligible new grads may receive training and start driving during the limited-time offer.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice during orientation/staff training
