Job Summary
Flatbed CDL-A driver sought for regional and OTR routes hauling glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training available for recent CDL-A graduates; multiple pay/bonus structures including transition/orientation pay, tarp pay, and variable per-mile rates. Must be able to lift 90 pounds for tarp handling; comprehensive benefits and safety programs provided. Home time with weekend resets; dedicated terminals in Kansas City, MO and Bolingbrook, IL.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (Recent CDL-A grads, no experience required—we will train you)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- A Clean Drug Test required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tarping) during orientation/service
