Job Summary
Recent CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver for System Transport in Division 290 (Kansas City, MO area) with regional/OTR routes. Transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on flatbed equipment. Training offered for recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Full-time driver benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k) with matching, PTO, transition/orientation pay, and competitive pay packages with per-mile and accessorial pay. Home time is off most weekends for a 34-hour reset. Requires valid Class A CDL, 21+ years old, safe driving record, background check, drug test, Clearinghouse compliance, and ability to tarp loads (approximately 90 pounds) during orientation. Driver will be on regional routes with potential for varied pay based on experience and length of service.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Prefer 1-year truck driving experience, but not necessary
- A Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- Must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (training during orientation)
