Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed driver needed for regional and OTR routes. Transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training offered for Recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Requires valid CDL-A, 21+, safe driving history, background check, drug test, Clearinghouse compliance. Must be physically capable of lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot platform twice; tarp constitutes about 70% of loads. Compensation includes weekly pay and annual pay ranging from approximately $56,949 to $102,993, plus accessorial pay and transition/orientation pay. Home time is off most weekends with a 34-hour reset; benefits include health, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k) with matching, life insurance, PTO accrual, and more.
Required Qualifications
- Must have valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (during orientation)
- Tarp about 70% of loads
