Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed truck driver sought for regional/OTR routes hauling glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils and specialty metals. Training offered for CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Responsibilities include transporting materials safely, tarps handling (must lift 90 lbs onto a 5-ft platform twice), maintaining a clean driving record, and complying with safety, background check, drug test and Clearinghouse requirements. Fleet offers flatbed regional driving with flexible pay packages and per-mile rates depending on experience, routes, and length of service.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- A Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- For all flatbed driver opportunities, the driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice
