Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed driver needed for regional and OTR routes hauling glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Flatbed equipment, tarp handling required (90 lb tarps, ~70% of loads tarped). Training offered for recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Must be 21+, meet standard hiring requirements, and maintain a safe driving record. Home time off most weekends with a 34-hour reset; multiple pay components including weekly pay, annual pay ranges, and transition/orientation pay. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months driving experience (Recent CDL-A grads: no experience required - we will train you)
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (will be tested during orientation)
