Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed driver role focusing on regional and OTR routes. Transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training offered for CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Primary duties include securing loads with tarps, tarp handling (90 lbs), and adherence to safety protocols. Competitive pay with weekly and annual compensation, plus accessorial pay and benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO). Home time includes weekends off for a 34-hour reset; orientation and transition pay provided. Requires valid CDL-A, age 21+, safe driving record, and ability to meet background/drug/Clearinghouse requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months driving experience (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you)
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tested during orientation)
