Job Summary
Recent CDL-A Flatbed Driver needed for regional/OTR routes. Transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training offered for recent CDL-A grads through May 31, 2026. Must possess valid CDL-A, be 21+, and have basic driving experience with a clean driving record and clear background/drug/Clearinghouse results. Role includes tarp duties (lifting 90 pounds onto a 5-foot platform), competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits. Home time mostly on weekends with a 34-hour reset; multiple pay components include weekly pay, transition/orientation pay, and various per-load or per-mile pay. Location: Division 290, Kansas City, MO.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (orientation will test this)
