Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed driver opportunity in the western region with System Transport. Regional and OTR routes hauling glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training available for recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Full-time position with competitive pay ($56,949.36–$102,993.80/year), risk-based pay components (tarps, detentions, border crossing, safety bonuses, etc.), and comprehensive benefits. Home time varies by division; minimal weekend home time (34-hour reset). Requires valid Class A CDL, 21+ years old, safety and background checks, and ability to lift 90 pounds for tarp deployment.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Prefer 1-year truck driving experience, but not necessary
- A Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- Must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice during orientation
