Job Summary
Flatbed CDL-A driver sought for regional/OTR routes. Transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. For a limited time through May 31, 2026, training is available for Recent CDL-A graduates. Route: Regional. Terminal: Kansas City, MO. Home time: Off most weekends for a 34-hour reset. Weekly pay range and annual pay range are provided, with additional accessorial pay (tarps, stops, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses). Benefits include health, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k) with matching, life insurance, PTO accrual, and more. Other details include pet/rider policies, orientation pay, and transition pay. Applicants must possess a valid CDL-A, meet hiring requirements, and be prepared for orientation and tarp-handling duties.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- Driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tarping about 70% of loads)
