Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed driver role with System Transport in Division 290 (Kansas City, MO) offering regional/OTR routes, weekly/annual pay packages, and comprehensive benefits. Drive flatbed loads like glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training included for recent CDL-A grads; orientation pay and transition pay provided. Must meet standard hiring requirements and be physically able to tarp loads (90-pound tarp) as part of duties. Home time includes weekends off for a 34-hour reset; multiple compensation components include mileage pay and various accessorial pays; transitioning and safety-focused culture emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (training during orientation)
