Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed truck driver opportunity for regional/OTR routes. Driver will transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training available for recent CDL-A graduates during a limited-time offer through May 31, 2026. Competitive pay packages with weekly and annual pay, plus multiple accessorial pays and a transition/orientation package. Home time off most weekends for a 34-hour reset. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), life insurance, and PTO accrual. Must meet standard hiring requirements, pass background and drug tests, and be physically able to tarp loads. Equipment includes flatbed with tarps and per-mile pay based on experience. Availability of various routes and a culture of safety and support are highlighted by the employer.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tarp ~70% of loads)
- Transition Pay and Orientation Pay offered
- Home Time off most weekends for a 34-hour reset
