Job Summary
System Transport is hiring for CDL-A flatbed truck drivers (recent grads welcomed) to operate on regional and OTR routes in the western region. You will transport materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals using flatbed equipment. The role offers full-time employment with weekly and annual pay potential, a transition/orientation pay package, and comprehensive benefits. Training is available for recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Home time is off most weekends with a 34-hour reset; multiple route options exist, and a safety-focused culture is emphasized. Requirements include a valid Class A CDL, age 21+, multiple job-history/safety checks, and the ability to tarp loads during orientation.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Prefer 1-year truck driving experience, but not necessary
- A Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- For all flatbed driver opportunities, the driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice
