Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed driver position on regional/OTR routes. Responsible for transporting materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training available for recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Competitive pay with weekly pay, annual pay projections, and a transition/orientation pay package. Home time off most weekends with a 34-hour reset, plus comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, EAP) after eligibility waits. Trucking role emphasizes tarping, load securement, and safety bonuses; multiple pay components include mileage and accessorial pay, with a transition package included to support onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience OR recent CDL-A graduates with training
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tested during orientation)
