Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed driver sought for regional and OTR routes. Transports glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training offered for recent CDL-A graduates. Full-time position with weekly and annual pay potential (Division 290, Kansas City, MO terminal; Canton, OH location referenced). Home time off most weekends with a 34-hour reset; transition/orientation pay and various per-load and accessorial pays (tarps, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses). Benefits include health, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k) with matching, life insurance, and PTO after eligibility waiting period. Requires valid CDL-A, 21+, safe driving record, background check, drug test, Clearinghouse check, and the ability to lift a 90-pound tarp (tested during orientation). Orientation and training available for recent graduates through May 31, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (Recent CDL-A grads, no experience required - we will train you)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Prefer 1-year truck driving experience, but not necessary
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (will be tested during orientation)
