Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed truck driver opportunities in the western region with System Transport. Regional and OTR routes hauling glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training available for Recent CDL-A graduates during a limited-time window through May 31, 2026. Full pay package includes transition/orientation pay, PTO, health/dental/vision, 401(k) with matching, life insurance, and more. Drivers receive competitive weekly and annual pay, tarp/pay adjustments, and a comprehensive benefits package. Home time includes off most weekends for a 34-hour reset; tarps required on approximately 70% of loads; must be able to tarp 90 pounds onto a 5-foot platform. Equal Opportunity Employer. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Prefer 1-year truck driving experience, but not necessary
- A Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (will be tested during orientation)
