Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed driver for regional/OTR routes. Transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training offered for Recent CDL-A graduates through 5/31/2026; orientation and transition pay included. Requires lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform during load securement. Home time: off most weekends for a 34-hour reset. All benefits available after eligibility waiting period. Flatbed driver rate and annual pay presented, with opportunities for mileage-based and accessorial pay. Equipment: flatbed; Route Type: regional; Terminal: Kansas City, MO; No pets; Riders allowed after 90 days for eligible dependents.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required or training for Recent CDL-A grads
- A safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse required
- Physically able to lift 90-pound tarp onto 5-foot high platform twice (tarping)
