Job Summary
CDL-A flatbed truck driver needed for regional and OTR routes. Drive a flatbed fleet transporting glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Recent CDL-A graduates may qualify for training through May 31, 2026. Competitive weekly and annual pay packages with accessorial pay (tarp, stop, detention, border-crossing, and tarp-related pay), extensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching, life insurance, EAP), and transition/orientation pay. Home time includes weekends off for a 34-hour reset; home time varies by division. Required safety and compliance checks at orientation, plus a robust driver-support system. Equipment is modern, with extensive safety features and 24/7/365 road service.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Must be physically able to lift 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (testing during orientation)
- Physically able to tarp ~70% of loads
