Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed driver opportunity with System Transport. Regional and OTR routes hauling glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training available for CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Competitive pay with weekly and annual pay figures, comprehensive benefits, and a transitional/orientation pay package. Home time includes off most weekends for a 34-hour reset. Includes tarp-loading duties (90-pound tarp) and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- For all flatbed driver opportunities, the driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice. System Transport will test this during orientation, and flatbed drivers tarp about 70% of our loads.
