Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed driver opportunity in the western region with System Transport. Drive regional or OTR routes transporting glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training offered for recent graduates through May 31, 2026. Full-time flatbed position with strong pay packages, benefits, and transition/orientation pay. Home time includes weekends off for a 34-hour reset; multiple pay components include mileage pay, accessorial pay, and safety/transition bonuses. Requires a valid CDL-A, 21+, and a safe driving record; background check and drug testing required. The role emphasizes quality equipment, safety-first culture, and driver-support tools like the Driver Portal.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background check required
- Clean drug test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (will be tested during orientation)
