Job Summary
Flatbed CDL-A driver for regional and OTR routes with System Transport. Responsibilities include transporting glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training offered for Recent CDL-A graduates. Requires valid CDL-A, 21+, safe driving record, background check, clean drug test, Clearinghouse, and ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot platform (tarps used on about 70% of loads). Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits including transition/orientation pay and PTO/sick time. Home time typically off most weekends with a 34-hour reset; orientation and transition pay provided.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience (Recent CDL-A grads, no experience required - we will train you)
- A safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check
- Clean Drug Test
- Clean Clearinghouse result
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (will be tested during orientation)
