Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed driver opportunity in the western region with System Transport. Drive regional and OTR flatbed routes, transporting materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training available for recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Compensation includes weekly pay and annual pay with various accessorial pay (tarps, stops, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses); benefits begin after eligibility waiting period. Home time off most weekends with a 34-hour reset; 34-hour reset schedule varies by division. Physical requirements include tarping loads (approximately 90 pounds per tarp) and lifting tarps onto a 5-foot platform; paid orientation and transition package. Driver role requires safety-focused operations and adherence to company policies; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience OR for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required (training provided)
- A safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tarps)
- Able to meet standard hiring requirements
- Orientation and transition pay included
