Job Summary
Flatbed CDL-A driver needed for System Transport. Drive regional and OT routes in flatbed equipment, transporting glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training available for Recent CDL-A graduates. Competitive pay with weekly and annual pay packages, orientation and transition pay, and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities include safe operation of flatbed trucks, tarp handling, load securement, and adhering to company safety policies. Home time is off most weekends with a 34-hour reset; routes vary by division, with opportunities across the western region and Kansas City terminal. Requires a valid Class A CDL, 21+ age, safe driving record, drug testing, background check, Clearinghouse compliance, and physical ability to handle tarp work.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience (Recent CDL-A grads: training available)
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check
- Clean Drug Test
- Clean Clearinghouse result
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice during orientation
