Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed driver opportunity located in the western region with System Transport. Regional and OTR routes involve transporting materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training offered for Recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Full-time position with weekly and annual pay packages, transition/orientation pay, and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching, life insurance, EAP, PTO). Home time includes weekends off for a 34-hour reset; tarping and other tarp/pay factors are noted as part of compensation. Vehicle fleet features and safety programs emphasize modern equipment and 24/7 support, with an emphasis on safety and equal opportunity employment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience (Recent CDL-A grads—no experience required for this program)
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years
- Background Check
- Clean Drug Test
- Clean Clearinghouse
- Physically able to lift 90 pounds onto 5-foot platform twice (tested during orientation)
- Ability to operate as flatbed driver on regional route
