Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed truck driver opportunities in the western region. Regional and OTR routes hauling glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training provided for recent CDL-A grads; must possess a valid CDL-A and meet standard hiring requirements. Flatbed equipment; compensation includes weekly pay and accessorial pay (tarp, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses, tarp handling during orientation), plus transition/orientation pay. Home time includes weekends off for a 34-hour reset. Multiple route options available; benefits package and equal opportunity employer. Locations: Steubenville, OH and Kansas City, MO (on-site roles) with IN_PERSON work arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result
- Must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice during orientation/training (flatbed)
- For all flatbed opportunities, tarp handling ability as part of job responsibilities
