Job Summary
Flatbed CDL-A driver needed for regional and OTR routes. Transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training available for recent CDL-A graduates during a limited-time program through 5/31/2026. Competitive pay with weekly pay and annual earnings shown, plus transition/orientation pay and various bonuses. Home time: off most weekends for a 34-hour reset. Equipment is flatbed; tarp handling required (up to 90 pounds). Riders allowed after 90 days of safe driving. No pets per policy. Benefits include health, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k) with matching, life insurance, PTO accrual, and more. Must meet standard hiring requirements and pass background, drug, and Clearinghouse checks. -- Locations include Kansas City, MO and Council Bluffs, IA with in-person work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience (Recent CDL-A grads: no experience required - training offered)
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background check
- Clean drug test
- Clear Clearinghouse result
- Physical ability to lift 90-pound tarp onto 5-foot high platform (tested during orientation)
