Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed truck driver opportunity in the western region with System Transport. Regional and OT R driving for flatbed loads including glass, steel, aluminum, and other materials. Training available for recent CDL-A graduates; must possess a valid CDL-A and meet standard hiring requirements. Competitive pay with weekly and annual pay figures, comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO), transition/orientation pay, and home time with 34-hour resets. Drive a flatbed with tarps, security/insurance checks, and compliance under safety guidelines; multiple route options and support from recruiters. Requires willingness to train, maintain safe driving record, comply with drug/testing and Clearinghouse requirements, and meet basic driving experience standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- Driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tarps on ~70% of loads)
