Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed driver needed for regional and OTR routes. Transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals using flatbed equipment. Training available for recent CDL-A graduates through 5/31/2026. Competitive weekly and annual pay, comprehensive benefits, and home time with most weekends off for a 34-hour reset. Responsibilities include tarp handling, tarping loads, maintaining safe driving practices, and complying with company policies. Required: valid CDL-A, 21+, safe driving record, background check, drug test, Clearinghouse check, and ability to lift 90 pounds onto a 5-foot high platform during orientation. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and customer service on regional/OTR trips across the western region and beyond, with multiple pay components including mileage and accessorial pay.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (will be tested during orientation)
