Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed driver opportunity in the western region with System Transport. Drive regional and OTR routes hauling glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training is available for Recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Competitive pay package with weekly and annual earnings potential, transition/orientation pay, and comprehensive benefits. Requires valid CDL-A, age 21+, safety-conscious driving record, background check, drug test, and ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot platform during orientation; tarps are used on approximately 70% of loads. Home time includes off most weekends for a 34-hour reset; multiple route options available and pay varies by experience and length of service.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- A Clean Drug Test required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tested during orientation)
