Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed driver needed for regional and OTR routes. Drive, transporting glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training offered for Recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Full-time position with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. Home time includes weekends off for a 34-hour reset. Equipment is flatbed; tarp and load-security responsibilities are part of daily duties. Transition and orientation pay provided. Multiple route options and supportive driver family environment emphasized. Opportunities for growth with pay tied to experience and route assignments. Must pass background check and drug test; Clearinghouse check required. Physical requirement includes lifting 90-pound tarps on a 5-foot platform. Locations include Kansas City, MO and Coralville, IA with in-person work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- A safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice
