Job Summary
Recent CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver for regional/OTR routes. Transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training offered for recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Full-time position with weekly pay and an annual pay range of $56,949.36–$102,993.80 (plus additional accessorial pay). Home time includes weekends off for a 34-hour reset; orientation and transition pay provided. Benefits available after waiting period (health, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching, life insurance, EAP, PTO accrual). Flatbed-specific requirements include tarping loads and meeting physically demanding lift requirements. Safety and compliance are emphasized with drug testing, Clearinghouse checks, and background checks. The role is based in the Kansas City, MO area with regional routes and potential OTR opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (training during orientation)
