Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed driver opportunity in the western region with System Transport. The role involves transporting goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on regional and OTR flatbed routes. Training is offered for recent CDL-A graduates. Full-time drivers earn weekly and annual pay with accessorial pay and a transition/orientation pay package. Home time includes weekends off for a 34-hour reset. Required qualifications include a valid Class A CDL, 21+ years old, 4+ months driving experience (or zero prior experience for grads), a clean driving record, background check, drug test, Clearinghouse result, and the ability to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot platform during orientation. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months driving experience (Recent CDL-A grads—no experience required—we will train you)
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years
- Background check
- Clean drug test
- Clean Clearinghouse result
- Must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (training during orientation)
- Able to tarp ~70% of loads
