Job Summary
Recent CDL-A Flatbed Driver needed for regional/OTR routes in Division 290 (Kansas City, MO area). Transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on flatbed. Training available for recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Paid weekly and annual compensation delivered with additional accessorial pay (tarps, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses, tarp-related duties). Orientation and transition pay included. Home time: off most weekends with a 34-hour reset; no pets; rider policy available after 90 days. Requires ability to tarp loads (90 pounds) and meet safe-driving requirements; background check and clearinghouse compliance required.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Prefer 1-year truck driving experience, but not necessary
- A Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice during orientation
