Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed driver opportunity for regional/OTR routes. Transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training available for recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Full-time position with weekly pay and annual pay range ($56,949.36 – $102,993.80). Home timeOff most weekends for a 34-hour reset; opportunities for transition pay, orientation pay, and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k) with matching, life insurance, PTO). Flatbed-specific duties include tarp handling and securing loads; physical requirement to lift 90 pounds onto a 5-foot platform during orientation. Route type: Regional. Equipment: Flatbed. Driver type: Recent CDL-A drivers. No experience? Training available; must possess valid CDL-A and meet standard hiring requirements. Must pass background check, drug test, and Clearinghouse, with safety-focused company culture and messaging (America Proud, Flatbed Strong).
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months driving experience (Recent CDL-A grads - training available)
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (orientation/tarping during orientation)
