Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed driver role with System Transport. Responsible for transporting goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on regional or OTR flatbed routes. Training is available for recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Requires a valid Class A CDL, 21+ years old, 4+ months driving experience (or recent grads with training), safe driving history, background check, drug test, and compliant Clearinghouse record. Must be physically able to tarp loads (up to 90 pounds) and tarp ~70% of loads. Includes a comprehensive benefits package, transition/orientation pay, home time with weekends off for a 34-hour reset, and competitive pay depending on experience and routes.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (Recent CDL-A grads — we will train you)
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background check
- Clean drug test
- Clean Clearinghouse
- Must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tarping ~70% of loads)
