Job Summary
CDL-A flatbed truck driver opportunity in Division 290 (Kansas City, MO) for regional/OTR routes. Recent CDL-A graduates eligible with training offered; full-time position with weekly and annual pay potential. Home time off most weekends with a 34-hour reset. Includes tarp/detention/pay bonuses, transition/orientation pay, comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching, PTO accrual). Must meet standard hiring requirements (CDL-A, age 21+, safe driving record, background check, drug test, Clearinghouse). Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience (Recent CDL-A grads with training available)
- A safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (testing during orientation)
