Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed driver needed for System Transport in the western US with regional and OTR routes. Transport materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training provided for recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Home time off most weekends for a 34-hour reset. Flatbed-specific pay: per-mile rates and weekly/annual pay ranges, plus transition and orientation pay, and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, life insurance, EAP, PTO). Requires lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot platform during orientation. Opportunities to earn additional pay through tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, and other accessorial pays, as well as orientation and transition payments. Required Qualifications
- Must have valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background check required
- Clean drug test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (testing during orientation)
