Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed truck driver position in Division 290 (Kansas City terminal) with regional and OTR routes.Transport materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training offered for Recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Must possess a valid CDL-A, be 21+, maintain a safe driving record, and have no more than six jobs in the last three years. Includes tarp handling (90 pounds) during orientation, travel-ready equipment, and a comprehensive benefits package with health/dental/vision, 401(k) matching, PTO, and transition/orientation pay. Home time varies by division; off most weekends for a 34-hour reset. Strong emphasis on safety and company culture “America Proud, Flatbed Strong.”
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- A Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- For all flatbed driver opportunities, the driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice
