Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed driver role providing regional and OTR routes; responsibilities include transporting glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on flatbed equipment. Training offered for recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Competitive pay packages with weekly and annual pay, transition/orientation pay, robust benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, EAP), and tarp/securement duties. Home time includes weekends off for a 34-hour reset; driving requires tarping loads and adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (testing during orientation)
- Ability to meet all other standard hiring requirements
