Job Summary
Flatbed CDL-A driver opportunity in a regional/OTR capacity with a focus on hauling heavy materials (glass, steel, aluminum, building products, machinery, coils, and specialty metals). Recent CDL-A grads are welcome with training offered through May 31, 2026. Competitive pay packages including weekly and annual pay, plus various pay adders (tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses) and a transition/orientation pay package. Home time includes weekends off for a 34‐hour reset; orientation and training provided. Equipment is flatbed; drivers must be able to tarp loads (90 pounds) and meet standard hiring requirements. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice during orientation (tarping about 70% of loads)
